At Downeast Primary Care, our transparent pricing eliminates surprise bills. Your membership fees cover the vast majority of services I provide, with the only additional costs being for things like labs and medications given in the office (like joint injections). Downeast Primary Care strives to provide the highest quality Family Medical care in a system that removes many needless complexities as possible.
For individuals adults
Plus a one-time registration fee of $75 dollars.
For couples, spouses, families, etc. Limited to members in one household with very limited exceptions.
2 adults, same household, plus a one-time registration fee of $100
2 Adults, up to 2 children, same household, plus a one-time registration fee of $100

We can perform everything from simple lab draws to joint injections to skin biopsies. I'm working with a variety of vendors to provide my patients the highest quality diagnostic services at the best value. Please note your monthly membership fee does not cover these services.
