At Downeast Primary Care, our transparent pricing eliminates surprise bills. Your membership fees cover the vast majority of services I provide, with the only additional costs being for things like labs and medications given in the office (like joint injections). Downeast Primary Care strives to provide the highest quality Family Medical care in a system that removes many needless complexities as possible.
For individuals adults
Plus a one-time registration fee of $75 dollars.
For couples, spouses, families, etc. Limited to members in one household with very limited exceptions.

No charge for well or sick visits, physicals for work or sports participation, phone, video visits, or any other communication with your doctor.
Rapid, in-office urine test for infection, blood, etc. If we need to send it to the lab for a culture (to determine if you have a resistant bacteria causing an infection) a $10 charge would apply.

Rapid, fingerstick Hemoglobin A1C done in office.
Cryosurgery is sometimes used to treat warts, skin tags, and other small skin lesions.
I can repair most simple lacerations in the office. The fee covers the supplies used in the repair.
Albuterol and Ipratropium/Albuterol combination breathing treatments in office.
I can perform most routine joint injections in the office. The cost depends on the dose of steroid needed for the particular joint.
I've partnered with a national group to negotiate steep discounts on labs for my patients. The individual prices are confidential as part of that agreement, but a routine annual lab panel including liver, kidney, blood sugar, blood counts, and cholesterol is less than $20. A very thorough hormone panel is less than $100, with routine TRT labs less than $30.
There will be no charge for the biopsy itself, but there will be a charge for pathology services, which have not been determined yet.

I offer Xeomin injections as an option for treating wrinkles on the forehead, between the eyebrows, and crow's feet. This price is for current members. Non-members pay a higher rate per unit.
